About us

This venture is situated at Anthireddyguda village, in Nandigama mandal, Rangareddy district, Telangana State.

Originally this venture was promoted by M/s Vasundhara Projects in the year 2004. 

 The venture is having about 1300 plots spread over 110 acres, approximately.

Developments in and around the site after the launching of this project:

 1. Kothur became municipality from Mandal. 

 2. Nandigama became Mandal from Village.

 3. Now our site is in Rangareddy district, which was initially in Mahaboobnagar Dt.

 4. Covered under HMDA (earlier it is under panchayat only).

 5. Developer handed over the roads & open areas of our site, to the Government 

     authorities through a registered gift deed. 

 6. Old Bengaluru high way became radial road and developed as 4 track high way.

 7. IOC petrol pump, hotels and other commercial activities started at Nandigama. 

 8. Access to rail, road, electricity,  drinking water and many more infrastructure 

     facilities available.

 9. Trees grown up and given decent look to the entire venture with greenery.

10. New ventures came up with HMDA approvals and selling around 15000/sq yd.

11. Formed plot owners welfare association to safeguard the properties.

12. Cleaned and painted the plot numbers for better identification.

13. Successfully conducted plot owners meet at site itself during the year 2019. 

14. Majority of members have applied for LRS in response to the offer given by the   

     State Government in the year 2020-21 and waiting for clearance.

15. Recently, Govt. of Telangana announced extension of metro train upto Shamshabad.

23.07.2023: Annual General Body meeting conducted and new Executive Committee elected.

12.08.2023: Executive Committee met for initiation of Association registration.

17.09.2023: Executive Committee meeting held.

09.10.2023: Association registration completed. 

11.10.2023: PAN obtained for the Association.

19.10.2023: NGO Darpan Unique ID obtained for the Association - TS/2023/0365524

21.10.2023: Account opened with Axis Bank, Patancheru, in the name of Association.

12.02.2024 to 17.02.2024: Bushes and unwanted plants were removed by engaging two JCBs and the damaged roads were repaired by laying red soil and leveling. 

18.02.2024: Conducted "Family get together" in the Lorven City site.  

1. Fixing of plot number stones for the plots who have paid the maintenance (if they are missing). 

2. To take-up LRS activity, once the Government re-open the process.

3. Some plot owners expressed interest to start construction of the house in their sites, from next year onwards.
